A substantial renovation and extension in collaboration with Tenet Architecture and design by Crissy Zhang Design. This project reimagines the existing residence through a carefully resolved internal transformation, introducing new spatial flow, refined joinery and elevated material selections throughout. The home balances retained character elements with contemporary insertions, creating a seamless dialogue between old and new. Across the bathrooms and wet areas, a layered palette of honed natural stone, textured tiles and microcement surfaces delivers depth and softness. Feature curved walls, custom stone vanities and full-height porcelain panels bring sculptural quality to the spaces, while brushed brass fixtures and fluted glass detailing add warmth and tactility. The result is a highly considered family home where architectural precision meets expressive materiality every junction, surface and proportion thoughtfully aligned to the overall design vision.
