An alterations and additions project designed by ARB Design, with interiors curated by Crissy Zhang Design. This Windsor residence reimagines a classic single storey home through a refined, contemporary extension. The new open plan kitchen, dining and living zone forms the heart of the home, flowing seamlessly to a pergola and landscaped courtyard to create a connected indoor outdoor experience. A warm, cohesive material palette defines the interiors. Engineered oak flooring anchors the living spaces, complemented by custom 2PAC joinery in soft white tones and honed Calacatta marble to the kitchen and fireplace joinery. Brushed nickel fixtures and integrated appliances add a subtle, tailored finish. Bathrooms continue the calm, textural narrative with natural toned porcelain tiles, feature mosaics and sculptural fittings, while layered lighting enhances both atmosphere and function throughout. A considered transformation where architectural clarity and interior detail come together to elevate everyday family living.
